On the ingredient list, the first three ingredients are corn (which is apparently not whole grain), whole grain wheat, and sugar. Then we finally get whole grain rolled oats. Honey is about 2/3 of the way down the list; it's preceded by sugar, brown sugar, and corn syrup among sweeteners. So the cereal mainly is a rather humdrum mix of sugar-coated corn and wheat flakes, with an occasional oat cluster mixed in, and good luck finding the honey.<BR/><BR/>I love the way the cereal tastes, so I buy it sometimes when it's on sale. But I'm acutely aware that I'm not getting much honey or oats in the deal.
