Tony's Turboz

In Canada, Kellogg has introduced an innovative cereal meal replacement for kid's called Tony's Turboz. It's designed to be a complete nutrititional meal in a bowl, rich in vitamins and minerals, fiber, and protein from soy.

This is not really a new product, as it appears to be same as "Tiger Power" which has been in the U.S. for several months now. In my limited observation, Tiger Power does not appear to have caught on, possibly because the packaging and marketing have not adequately communicated its nutritional qualities to parents. The Canadian version appears to have learned from this, and provides a much more direct message.

at first taste, it seems a bit bland but it grows on you...add a little brown sugar or better yet, if you want to be healthy but crave a junk cereal sometimes, mix half Turboz & half Froot Loops and get your junk fix without too much guilt....OR half Turboz with a healthy alternative like Kashi Go Lean Crunch...mmm...

This ceral taste a lot like "cardboard" either dry or with milk. I tried it with bananas and it doesn't get better. Please try again.

This cereal is great and tastes wonderful! My husband and I love it, and he is a diabetic, and this cereal seems to be good in terms of not raising his blood sugars too high, which is hard to find in a cereal!

Hi,
In the Ottawa Area it is almost impossible to find this cereal, what happened? My young lad cannot get enough - well at lease used to not get enough. Loblaws, Independent, Sobeys you name them they don't have them.

i also am a grand fan of this cereal. my little guy loves to eat it in the traditional way with milk or as a dry snack. i consider it well worth the purchase. but can't find it anywhere!! please bring it back kellogg's!! the taste is just right and i especially love the nutritional punch it packs.

I absolutely loved this cereal too...and kind of forgot about it because you don't see it in any grocery stores!! Would like to see it on the shelves again...the same with Kellog's Crunchy O's; really good, better than Honey Nut Cheerios!
