The Cereal Lover's Cookbook
While there have been a number of recipes books published that focus on using cereal (including The Breakfast Cereal Gourmet), another is coming out in May that is worth noting. The Cereal Lover's Cookbook by Lauren Chattman appears to have a wide variety of interesting recipes in a very attractive format. More information here.
