Choco Zucaritas
This weekend I came across Kellogg's Choco Zucaritas for sale. This are Chocolate Frosted Flakes, but with a twist: Imported from Mexico but packaged for the U.S. market, although predominately with Spanish labeling. This is not the first time a foreign cereal is being sold here to connect with immigrants, but I'm surprised it isn't done more. As breakfast cereal becomes more global this may be a trend companies may be trying more frequently.

We don't have either at my grocery store. It's a shame - that looks like something the grandkids would like.
Where did you find them, and are they still available?
I believe they were at WalMart, but I haven't been there for awhile so I'm not sure if they're still available.
They are absolutely delicious and addictive! We found them at Fiesta Mart but they haven't had them for a while now. I've looked everywhere with no luck. :(

LOVE these but they will be discontinued as of 1/5/2012 per a phone call to kellogs. They are only available in Mexico. I am craving them!! Anyone know where I can purchase them online-through Mexico maybe?? I tried Amazon but no luck.
Marti, I'm not sure what Kellogg's told you, but they are available in the U.S. At least where I am in Washington state, and I've heard from others across the country as well. Check Wal-Mart.

Target sells them here in Phoenix, AZ
Walmart sells them in the Atlanta,Ga metro area. Bought a box last month. Hope this helps.

A few years ago they had a coco frosted flakes in a purple box. They were the best ever. I hope these are good too. Gonna goto the storeand find me a box to try.
I purchased a box a few weeks ago at Walmart, however when I went back to purchase another box (because they were great) they did not have them in stock.
i found this cereal at meijer in berwyn, il. i was so surprised because ive never seen it in the us, only in mexico, where i first tried it...VERY ADDICTING!
I just bought a box at my Walmart in Pittsburgh, PA.
The box says Kellogg's Frosted Flakes Chocolate and below that is Choco Zucaritas.
With unsweetened soymilk... PURE ADDICTION!
Use to find them in my local grocery store redners haven't found them in walmart or giant last time i bought a box was 2 months ago my 10 year old loves it now i cant find it
